NAUDL will host an online College Connector on the evening of Wednesday October 6th. NAUDL offers this unique event to help debaters from our member leagues to make informed decision about debating in college. We hope this opportunity to meet with committed debaters from across the country will help forge new connections between your program and urban debate leagues.
The event is timed to allow students from all parts of the country to participate. Representatives from you debate program will be expected to be present in your online booths during the Debate Program Connection sessions. We understand it's a long evening and the schedule won't work or every program, please let us know if there are times you will not be able to staff your booth.
We are using Hopin to approximate in-person interactions you might find at a college fair. Information provided on the sign up form will be used to create your "Booth" at the event.

NAUDL expects all participating debate programs to:
- Staff your virtual booth with at least 2 school representatives during the Debate Program Connection . Current debaters, admission team members or coaches can all serve in this role.
- Complete the Debate Program Sign Up Form by October 1st . Booths will be added to the Expo in the order information is received.
- Entries received after October 1st are not guaranteed a booth.
- Follow up with any debaters who provide contact information to your team during the event.
- Complete the NAUDL end-of-event survey in a timely manner.
NAUDL will provide:
- Recruitment and advertising for the event to debaters from 22 urban debate leagues.
- Online booths for representatives to provide information to interested debaters.
- Training materials for utilizing the Expo features of HopIn.
- Contact information for debaters who request more information about your team.
- Space for alternative information about your program to be displayed for times your booth cannot be staffed.
